When my nine year old builds with LEGO, she checks if she has all the pieces first. Most companies skip that step with agentic AI. They buy the box, open it, and realize half the pieces are missing. Gartner predicts over 40% of agentic AI projects will be cancelled by 2027. Not because the technology fails. Because the organization around it does.
